four of our members recently attended Knowsley Carers Partnership Board and Knowsley Safeguarding Adults Board to promote Kirkby u3a.

There was lots of interest shown by those attending.

Everton in the Community

For this event it was some of our u3a members who where the community involved with Everton in the Community Program. The members completed a 12 week course in chair and balance exercises. This was our graduation after completing the course. All members thoroughly enjoyed the course and feel that the course has helped them with their balance.
