Everton in the Community in partnership with Knowsley Council are delivering the above event across Knowsley. This is a falls prevention programme which delivers a range of fun, inclusive and low-impact physical activity sessions for residents of Knowsley.
They have agreed to deliver this programme to our interested members. The programme will take place at Cygnet court on a Wednesday at 12 noon and will run for 12 weeks.
